The Digital Welfare Support Project is a community outreach program that is closing the digital divide and reducing isolation in Surrey. We aim to do this by identifying and targeting areas of the county where digital deprivation is highest, cultivating community links and providing IT skills sessions to those most in need. Our experienced and dedicated Digital Welfare Support Officers are putting together a programme of events and opportunities to offer foundational knowledge of essential digital skills.Support queries vary but common ones include: using email, searching safely, using online public services, e-audiobooks and e-books, NHS app, video calling, where to learn more and much, much more.Booking necessary to make sure everyone gets the time and space they need. Please book your 20-minute 1-to-1 session by contacting Epsom or Ewell Library: epsom.library@surreycc.gov.uk/ ewell.library@surreycc.gov.uk or calling the library service on 03456 009 009 (option 6). Please note, that due to another commitment in the library, the last booking will be made for 12:30pm.
