Planned system maintenance
We will be performing planned maintenance on some of our systems on the evening of Wednesday 19 August.
Some of our services will be unavailable during this maintenance period. Affected systems include:
- Online Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates portal
- Parking appeals
- A small number of our payment forms
- Online planning search
- Land charges
- Our online e-government platform.

Our Customer Services team offers help and advice on our services. If you need more specific advice, we can put you in touch with the appropriate service. When the Town Hall is closed to visitors, please contact us using our online form (see link on the right of this page) or by telephone.
Opening Times
- Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm excluding bank holidays and 24 December.
- We are closed during UK public holidays.
- Online reporting via our electronic webforms is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
