Ashley Centre car park works

We are carrying out essential improvement works to the ground floor of the Ashley Centre car park. These works involve reinstating the waterproofing system, which will improve the car park surface for both drivers and pedestrians and help protect the shops below from water ingress and leakage.

To minimise disruption to car park users, we intend to keep the car park operational for the majority of the project. As a result, some work will need to take place outside normal working hours. Residents and car park users may also experience periods of increased noise, particularly during the removal of the existing surface.

We apologise in advance for any noise, smell or inconvenience this may cause. The installation of acoustic barriers will be completed to help reduce noise levels during the works.

The works are scheduled to begin on Monday 20 July and are expected to be completed by Friday 11 September.

Some additional blue badge bays have been created on Level 4 of the car park whilst these works take place.
