Council Operating Framework

The Council Operating Framework includes further information on the functions and structure of the council, and includes several procedures and protocols. Therefore, alongside our constitution, the Council Operating Framework is a combination of rules and practices by which we ensure accountability, fairness, and transparency in our relationships with service users, stakeholders, management, employees, and the community.
