About Ewell Court House
Ewell Court House with its fascinating past offers the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Set in beautiful, historical grounds complete with fountains, cascades, rock pools and its own secret Grotto, the Grade II listed house stands proud at the entrance to the extensive Green flag parkland.
Today the grounds are well loved by the many visitors who come to simply while away the hours, picnic, play or watch the varied wildlife that have made the park and the lake their home. The entire estate receives excellent support from local community groups. The quaint plant nursery Bizzy Lizzy and the Tea rooms can be found tucked away at the back of house with the library and Bambini Children’s nursery close by.
The house takes bookings for room hire which is much favoured as a wedding venue as well as hosting meetings and various community activities. The beautifully renovated celebration and meeting rooms are regularly used and set the perfect scene for any occasion. There are many excellent features throughout the house including the magnificent reception area, decorative ceilings, wood panelings, polished wooden floors, stained glass windows and the tegula paved terrace overlooking the lake.
Ewell Court House can accommodate 90 guests for ceremonies, 90 for seated meals and 130 for standing receptions.
