EPSOM & EWELL BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER APRIL 2025. 

The Epsom & Ewell Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order April 2025 came into force on Monday 7th April 2025.

We are now consulting in regard to the Off Street Parking Places Order March 2026.

The effect of the Order, the charges which will apply, and the restrictions which affect the off-street car parks are set out in the schedule and summarised as follows:

1. To revoke the Council’s current Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order April 2025 and replace the same with the Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order March 2026
2. To open Hook Road Car Park on a Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm

The proposed Order and other related documents may be inspected at the Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, KT18 5BY, between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. All objections or other representations relating to the proposed Order must be sent in writing to the undersigned or by email to EEBCtrafficorder2026@epsom-ewell.gov.uk by 5pm on Friday 20^th February 2026. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
