EPSOM & EWELL BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER MARCH 2026. 

The Epsom & Ewell Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order March 2026 came into force on Sunday 12 April 2026.

The effect of the Order, the charges which will apply, and the restrictions which affect the off-street car parks are set out in the schedule and summarised as follows:

1. To revoke the Council’s current Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order April 2025 and replace the same with the Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order March 2026
2. To open Hook Road Car Park on a Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm

A copy of the Order is available via the link below. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date below, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
