Epsom and Ewell Boiler Upgrade Scheme

Epsom and Ewell are pleased to announce the launch of the Epsom and Ewell Boiler Upgrade Grant in collaboration with Action Surrey.

If you live in the Borough of Epsom and Ewell and you own your property you may be able to apply for a FREE boiler replacement or repair.

To be eligible for this scheme all of the following criteria must be met and evidenced:

• In receipt of means-tested benefits.
• Living in a property with an EPC band of D-G.
• The owner occupier of the property.
• Boiler is over ten years old or not 'A Rated'.
• Proof of address.

What happens next?

Once your suitability has been assessed Action Surrey will arrange for a qualified Gas Engineer to come out and assess your boiler, it will then be determined if you need a repair, a replacement or if your current boiler doesn’t meet the scheme criteria. If you qualify, we will guide you through the next steps and the options available to you.
