Farm View Appeal

A public inquiry is taking place in reference to application for outline planning application for up to 110 dwellings (including affordable homes) with all matters reserved apart from access from Langley Vale Road at Farm View, Langley Vale Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 6AP.

Procedure

The appeal will be determined on the basis of a Public Inquiry. You are able to attend the Inquiry. The procedure to be followed is set out in the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Inspectors) (Inquiry Procedure) (England) Rules 2000, as amended.

The Inspector appointed to decide the appeal is Joanna Bowyer.

Date, Time and Place

The Inquiry will open at 10:00am on Tuesday 3 November 2026. It is currently scheduled for six days (3-6 and 10-11 November 2026) with two reserve days (12-13 November). It will commence at 09:30am on subsequent days.

It will take place, as originally planned, in the Council Chamber at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY. There is a public car park outside of the Council Offices (Town Hall Rear Car Park, Dulshott Green, Epsom, KT17 4NY).

This public car park contains spaces dedicated for use with a blue badge. There is disabled access into and within the Council Offices and disabled seating arrangements and facilities are available. Council Staff will be able to provide any assistance.
