Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, in collaboration with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), has initiated a partnership aimed at revitalising public tennis courts in Epsom and Ewell. This endeavour includes the implementation of gate access technology, the introduction of a new online booking platform, and enhancements to court infrastructure, all designed to ensure high quality facilities for the local community for years to come.
All proceeds generated from this initiative will be reinvested into the borough's tennis facilities, thereby securing the long-term sustainability of tennis in local parks. Epsom and Ewell Parks Tennis now boasts the latest SmartAccess gates, streamlining the process of reserving your tennis court online.

Members of the public will need to be registered with ClubSpark and logged in to make a booking, pay or buy an annual membership. Register here.
A range of payment options are available for people to get on court, including an individual court hire fee and an affordable season pass. The costs for users to book are:

Annual household season tickets
- Sign up for an annual household season ticket
- Log in to ClubSpark, to unlock the booking sheet
- Select your venue from the drop-down list at the top right of the Epsom & Ewell Parks Tennis ClubSpark homepage
- Click "Book A Court"
- Select a playing time and click to book (will be zero-rated if you have an annual household season ticket)
- Complete your booking and make a note of your PIN (also emailed)
- Access the court and enjoy your game!
Pay and Play
- Log in to ClubSpark, to access the booking page
- Select your venue from the drop-down list at the top right of the Epsom & Ewell Parks Tennis ClubSpark homepage
- Click "Book A Court"
- Select a playing time and click to book
- Complete your booking and pay
- Make a note of your PIN (also emailed)
- Access the court and enjoy your game!
Cancel a booking
- Go to the correct venue "Book a Court" page
- Log into ClubSpark (top right-hand corner)
- Click on your name (top right-hand corner)
- Click "My Profile"
- Click "Manage Bookings"
- Find the booking and click "Cancel"
Tip: if booking a two-hour slot, do this as a single booking, rather than two bookings of an hour each.
Please note courts are to be used for tennis only - no other sports or activities are permitted.
Coaching
Epsom Park Tennis is a new initiative set up in Court Recreation Ground to provide easily accessible and affordable tennis in the heart of Epsom.
We want to allow everyone to enjoy their tennis, regardless of their age, background or ability and will be developing a full range of courses to suit everybody.
