Did you know that we are still looking for sustainable sites to allocate for development in our next local plan?
If you are aware of any sites that you think may be suitable for five or more homes, employment or any other use (such as a facility for your community), we would like to hear about them.
Submitting a site does not guarantee it will be allocated in out next local plan or that it is more likely to receive planning permission. Rather, it will help the council determine what future growth options the borough has.
Submitting a site
You can submit a site by completing the call for sites E-form and filling in as much detail as possible. You will also need to upload a site plan at 1:1,250m or 1:2,500m in scale, with the boundaries of the site clearly outlined.
Sites should be within the Borough of Epsom and Ewell. Please ensure that you have the permission of the landowner as we will need confirmation of this. You do not need to re-submit any sites you have already made known to us through the “call for sites” process (or that already have planning permission). Please remember to use a separate form for each site if you are submitting more than one. As part of the site selection process the council will need to make available details of sites that have come forward therefore details will be publicly available.
If you have any queries regarding our call for sites or the E-form please contact the Planning Policy Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
