Free sports and creative activities for 9–11 year olds
Epsom & Ewell Young Legends is a new local programme designed to give primary school children aged 9 to 11 the opportunity to take part in fun, free, and inclusive sport and creative sessions. The programme specifically aims to engage children who face barriers to participation, helping them build confidence, make friends, and develop new skills before starting secondary school.
Delivered in line with our Health and Wellbeing Strategy, the initiative provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children can try new activities, enjoy themselves, and grow. This programme replaces the Specsavers Surrey Youth Games and offers a range of subsidised sessions led by experienced coaches and practitioners.
