A 45 minute class focusing on functional strength training using weights, resistance bands and body weight. Exercises will mirror movements used in every day life allowing you to execute every day functions with more ease. The sessions are designed to help improve joint mobility, increase range of motion and increase bone density as well as burn calories and fat, and help improve balance and coordination. Perfect for those who are new to strength training and would like to focus on form and technique or for women who are peri or postmenopausal and looking to help counteract the effects of the decline in oestrogen.
