Shopmobility changes during the car park works

We are currently undertaking some essential works in the Ashley Centre car park which are due to last until early September.

It is therefore necessary to implement some changes to the Shopmobility service whilst these works are taking place.

These temporary changes are as follows:

• The Shopmobility service will be open from 9am – 4pm (Monday – Sunday)
• Shopmobility will be open to existing Members only for this time.
• Please call 01372 727086 in order to check availability and reserve a scooter / wheelchair
• Scooters or wheelchairs must be collected from and returned to the Car park office on the Ground floor of the car park
• The length of hire will be for a maximum of 2 hours only (unless previously agreed otherwise)

We are sorry for any inconvenience that may be caused and hope to re-establish the usual service as soon as we possibly can.

For those who are unable to access the car park office we will endeavour to do what we can to assist you but regret that it may not always be possible to offer a scooter / wheelchair.

Additional blue badge bays will be available on Level 4 of the car park which Shopmobility users are also welcome to use.

We operate a Shopmobility service from the Ashley Centre car park office.

Manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for hire for use within the Ashley Centre and Epsom High Street. One-off use is charged at £6.70 per visit. An annual membership is £27 and entitles the member to free use of the service for the year.

The service operates Monday to Sunday from 9am – 4:30pm. Expected use is for up to 2 hours per visit but please speak to staff if you may require the chair for a little longer.
