Sheltered housing

Generally applicants aged 60 or above are considered for sheltered housing, however some schemes are for applicants aged 55 or above.

Sheltered housing through the housing needs register

Sheltered housing is provided by a number of housing associations. Rosebery Housing Association and Mount Green Housing Association let their vacancies through the Epsom & Ewell Borough Council housing needs register. Please apply to join the housing needs register if you would like to be considered for their properties. Further information on their sheltered housing schemes can be found below.

Designated elderly housing

Every week we advertise any vacancies on the HomeChoice website and automated telephone service. Applicants can apply or bid for the available properties. The property will be offered to the applicant with the highest band for the property they have bid for.

If you feel that you would have difficulty bidding for properties on a regular basis we are able to place an automatic bid on your behalf.  Please contact housing services if you need help.
