Tai Chi and Qi Gong are good for your health and well being. They help with flexibility weight loss/ relaxation/ stress/ sleep/ depression and more. Classes are held in Epsom/ Epsom Downs/ Caterham/ Coulsdon and Langley Vale. Also available for one to one tuition/ talks/ workshops and coaching. On line sessions available too. 1 to 1 tuition & training, groups & classes. Corporate work also available, in Coaching, Mental Health advice & support & Tai Chi & Qigong sessions, for individuals and groups. I also offer workshops and well-being days/events & I’m also available for talks.
