Horton Country Park is a rural landscape of fields, hedgerows, ancient woods and ponds of great wildlife and historical interest. The site achieved Local Nature Reserve Status in 2004 as a place where people can enjoy nature on their doorstep. There are good paths and tracks which facilitate easy exploration of this wonderful landscape throughout the year.
