Summer walks

What can be more pleasurable than a gentle stole in the British summertime?

In Epsom and Ewell there are a number of themed walks to indulge in.

Epsom & Ewell health walks
The health walks are run by a group of volunteers who offer a programme of health walks throughout the area using footpaths and open ground where possible. These walks are ideal if you are new to walking or recovering from illness and want to get fitter gradually without doing strenuous gym exercises or keep fit classes. Walks are suitable for all levels of fitness, and ages.
