"Surrey Wheels 2 Work" and "Wheels 2 Learn"

Both are moped loan schemes, designed to help young people (16+) living in Surrey, who have limited or no access to public transport, to get to and from work/ college.

The schemes are funded in part by Surrey County Council and Connexions, and East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership and have the full support of Surrey Police.
