Since 1 April 2011, district and borough council offices no longer manage requests and renewals for the concessionary passes. Applications are now handled by Surrey County Council's Bus Pass Department.

To check when you become of pensionable age, please visit the DirectGov website.
If you are applying for a bus pass (disabled or 60+) or become of pensionable age after 1 April 2011, please apply to Surrey County Council on 03456 009 009.
