Saving Local Plan Policies

Following the commencement of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, all of the Epsom & Ewell Local Plan policies were saved for three years.  To extend relevant policies beyond 27 September 2007, the Council will seek the Secretary of State’s agreement to issue a direction to save them.

The Council has undertaken a comprehensive review exercise and the document Saving Local Plan Policies has now been submitted to the Secretary of State.
