When building work has been completed to our satisfaction, and provided that we have been notified at the appropriate inspection stages, we will issue a completion certificate.

The completion certificate assures owners that works have been completed to the required standard, including those parts that have been subsequently covered.

The absence of a completion certificate may materially affect the value of your property and its saleability in the future as it may be requested  by a purchaser.
