We will inspect building works at key stages to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.

The person carrying out the work, normally the builder, is required to give notice when work has reached a defined stage so that an inspection can be arranged.  These stages are shown in the table below.

Additional inspections may be required depending on the type of project in order to view items of work that will subsequently be covered up.  These may include inspection of roofs, lintels and structural supports, insulation; fire stops and fire protection.
