Swimming is not only great exercise but also an important life skill.
- Are you fearful of the water?
- Have you ever wanted to learn to swim but not had the courage or opportunity?

Then booking on to the women only swimming course might be just what you need!
The programme is designed for women who are unable to swim in public due to cultural differences, or do not have the confidence to learn in front of a large group of people. Nobody else will have access to the pool or changing facilities during your lesson, nor will they be able to see into the pool area to watch the session.
The sessions will hold a maximum of 12 adults and if you feel anxious about joining the sessions, then it is time to put your worries aside. Two friendly and highly qualified female swimming instructors will teach the lessons and are both very experienced at teaching beginners.
The length of time it takes to teach a non-swimmer depends on each person and to help take away that fear factor, the instructor will accommodate each individuals' needs. Remember that others on the course will also feel anxious about learning to swim so you will not be alone.
