The Countryside Team aims to help residents understand and appreciate their countryside. The team's main role is to manage nature conservation and public access on Epsom Common Local Nature Reserve, Horton Country Park Local Nature Reserve and the Hogsmill Local Nature Reserve. In addition, the team works with local residents to improve our countryside, provides an environmental education service to local schools and youth groups, organises an annual programme of countryside walks and events, manages the Information Centre at Horton Country Park and produces leaflets and other interpretive material for each site.
