Access
Chessington Road Recreation Ground (Bakers Field) is situated in the northern half of the Borough. The park can be entered from either Chessington Road or from Hyperion Place and is open all year round. There is no car parking facilities.
Facilities
The park has a children's playground and an area of mown grass, which is suitable for informal ball games.
History
Chessington Road Recreation Ground was purchased on the 16th of October 1930 for £1,000. More information on the history of Chessington Road Recreation Ground will be posted as soon as possible. If you have a question relating to the history, please call Bourne Hall Museum on 020 8394 1734.
