The Banqueting Suite

The Banqueting Suite comprises of three rooms that can be used individually for smaller events, or by opening the partitions can be converted into a more spacious suite using two or all three of the rooms.

These rooms are fitted with 'black out' blinds.  There is a fully licensed bar attached to the Banqueting Suite which is available upon request.

• Azalea Room

  When used as a single room, this area can accommodate up to 50 people (depending on function).

• Begonia Room
  When used as a single room, this area can also accommodate up to 100 people (depending on function).

• Camellia Room 
  When used as a single room, this area can accommodate up to 80 people (depending on function).

When the Suite is used as one complete function room, the maximum capacity is 180 people for a theatre-style set up, or 150 people for lunch or dinner.

The Banquet Suite has a licensed bar, operated by our caterers.

The Main Hall

The Main Hall on the lower level has a maximum capacity of 350 people for a theatre-style setup and 200 people for a dance.  There is a stage and dance floor.  The maximum capacity will always depend on the function.

The room is ideally suited for trade fairs, meetings, lectures, dances, parties and performances.  It has a connecting stairway leading to the Banqueting Suite.

The Main Hall has a licensed bar, operated by our caterers.

The Rose Room

The Rose Room on the ground floor is suitable for smaller meetings such as buffets, lectures, rehearsals, demonstrations, meetings and recitals.

It can accommodate up to 80 people depending on the setup style and has direct access to the Foyer and Banqueting Suite.

The Studio Room

The Studio Room is situated on the ground floor and overlooks the park.  The room is suitable for smaller meetings, buffets, lectures and has a capacity of up to 50 people depending on the set up style.
