Epsom & Ewell Borough Council are responsible for the following watercourses:
- Hogsmill tributary from the Bonesgate on Chessington Road though to the main Hogsmill river
- Hogsmill tributary from Ewell Court lake through the park to the main Hogsmill river.
All other watercourses are the responsibility of the
Environment Agency. They may be contacted on 08708 506 506.
