Housing/Council Tax Benefit Fraud 

At Epsom and Ewell we have an established fraud investigation team that is committed to preventing and detecting benefit offences or possible benefit fraud and prosecuting where appropriate.  We welcome any help you can give us to do so.

We currently receive a number of referrals from the public and will always look at every case we are notified about.

Reporting suspected Fraud

You can report fraud by telephone on 01372 732000, or you can telephone the National Benefit Fraud Hotline on 0800 854440.  Alternatively, you can report fraud in writing to the following address:
