If you already have an existing Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit claim and your circumstances change in any way, we need to know about it immediately so that we can make sure you are receiving the correct amount of benefit at all times.

To inform us of a change you can fill in, print out and sign the Change of Circumstances form (PDF Version).  You can also write in, or telephone us.
