Dining

Lunch is served from Monday to Friday at 12.30pm.  There is a choice of nutritious dishes, reasonably priced and all food is prepared daily on the premises.  Pre-booking for lunch is required either by telephoning or coming into the Centre but this must be before 11 am on the day.

Particular dietary requirements can be catered for, including diabetic meals. Refreshments are also served throughout the day including a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Activities

At the Cox Lane Centre each day is different.  It might be short mat bowling in the morning or a keep fit class, or bingo followed by ballroom dancing.  You can take part in darts, cards and other games as well as enjoying regular shows provided by entertainers.  We have special lunches for Christmas and Easter and these three-course meals include a glass of wine and are usually followed by live entertainment.  You can take part in as much or as little as you want to.

Events

We arrange regular events and outings for our customers including pub lunches, days out to the coast and places of interest, theatre trips and even holidays.  Details are posted on the Centre notice board, situated opposite the front doors.  The notice board also provides information and news which is of interest to you.

Other Facilities

Popular jumble sales and 'good as new' sales are held at the Centre.  There are books available for loan and Surrey County Council's mobile library service stops by regularly.
