Shopmobility is a scheme that enables people with mobility problems to borrow a manual or electric wheelchair, or a scooter, to use when shopping in Epsom Town Centre.
Who can use the service?
Anyone experiencing mobility problems on either a permanent or temporary basis.
How to Join
To become a member of Shopmobility, complete the application form and return it with proof of identity and the annual membership fee. Temporary membership is available at a reduced rate. Telephone us for further details on 01372 732000. Alternatively you can download, print and complete the form taking it in person with your payment to the office at the Ashley Centre car park.

How to Book
Before travelling, ring us on 01372 727086 to check that the wheelchair or scooter you need is available.
How to collect your wheelchair or scooter
Make yourself known at the car park office on Level 1 of the Ashley Centre car park. The office is open Monday to Sunday, 9:30am to 4pm. We are not open on Bank Holiday Monday's.
We will demonstrate the equipment to you if required. We will not allow you to use it until you are able to operate it safely.
