Emergency Duty Team (EDT)
EDT advisory staff and senior social workers are trained to respond to both children's and adult requests for help and support or urgent assessments.
The team operates outside normal office hours:
Monday - Thursday, 5pm - 9am
Weekends, 24hrs
The EDT operates throughout all bank holiday periods.
