Connected Surrey is a partnership that has been launched to encourage residents, small businesses and voluntary groups across Surrey to use Broadband.  Epsom and Ewell Borough Council is working with other public and private sector partners to make sure those who live, work or visit Surrey are able to understand what Broadband can offer and how to access the numerous services available through Broadband.
