If you intend to run a business operating a Bingo Hall, you must obtain an Operators Licence from the Gambling Commission, and a Permit from the Local Authority.

Epsom and Ewell Borough Council are not in a position to issue Casino Licences under the Gambling Act.

There are proposals to transfer licensing responsibility to the Local Authority under the new Gambling Act in the future.
